I just bought a course — where do I find it?

The moment your payment goes through, you're already logged in. You don't need to type a password or check your email first — your course is right there waiting.

After purchase, you land on a thank-you page. There's a button that says "Start [Course Name] →". Click it, and you'll go straight into the course.

If you closed that tab, no problem. Here's how to get back in:

  1. Go to thevessel.io/my-account/.
  2. If you're not logged in, sign in with the email you used at checkout. (Your password is in the welcome email we sent you the moment you purchased — subject line "Your account on The Vessel".)
  3. Click My Journeys in the menu, or go to thevessel.io/my-courses/ directly.
  4. You'll see a tile for every course you've enrolled in. Click the one you want, and you're inside.
  5. Your courses don't expire. You bought them, they're yours, and you can come back to them whenever you need.

    Can't find the welcome email?

    Two likely causes. First, check your spam or promotions folder — Outlook, Hotmail, Yahoo and Gmail's "Promotions" tab sometimes filter automated welcome emails. Search your inbox for support@thevessel.io.

    Second, if it's genuinely not there, just reset your password at thevessel.io/my-account/lost-password/. Enter the email you used at checkout, you'll get a reset link, set a new password, and you're in.

    If neither of those works, email support@thevessel.io and we'll find your account and resend everything within a few hours.
