I forgot my password

Resetting your password is straightforward — three minutes from start to finish.

  1. Go to thevessel.io/my-account/lost-password/.
  2. Type the email address you bought your course with. (If you've bought from us under more than one email, use the one you remember the most recent purchase being on.)
  3. Click Reset password.
  4. Watch your inbox. Within a minute or two, an email lands from support@thevessel.io with a link.
  5. Click the link. You'll land on a page asking you to choose a new password.
  6. Pick one (the strength meter will tell you when it's strong enough), confirm it, and click Save.
  7. You're now logged in with the new password. Head to My Journeys to find your courses.
  8. The reset email isn't arriving

    A few things to check, in order of likelihood:

    • Your spam or junk folder. Hotmail, Outlook and Yahoo are the worst offenders here. Search for support@thevessel.io across all folders.
    • Gmail's Promotions tab. Even if you're using Gmail, the email might be filtered there rather than your main inbox.
    • The email address you typed. Was it the one you actually bought your course with? Subscribers sometimes have a personal Gmail and a work email and forget which they used.
    • Five minutes of patience. Usually it's instant; occasionally it takes a few minutes.

    If it still isn't there after 10 minutes, email support@thevessel.io with the email you're trying to use. We'll find your account, confirm what's there, and either resend the reset or set a new password manually.
