The welcome email never arrived

The good news: you don't actually need that email to access your course. You can get straight in by resetting your password at thevessel.io/my-account/lost-password/. That gives you immediate access to everything.

But if you'd like the welcome email itself — or if a friend is asking you about it — here's what's likely happening.

It's almost always a deliverability issue, not a missing account

If your purchase went through, your account exists. Promise. The welcome email comes from support@thevessel.io and gets generated within seconds of payment.

The most common places it lands:

  • Spam or junk — Hotmail, Outlook.com and Yahoo flag automated welcomes more aggressively than Gmail does.
  • Gmail's "Promotions" tab — even if your inbox looks empty, click that tab.
  • A different folder altogether — if you have inbox rules or a "Newsletters" folder, check there.

Search your whole mailbox for support@thevessel.io or just thevessel. If anything from us has ever come through, it'll show up.

To make sure future emails reach you

Add support@thevessel.io to your contacts or your address book. Most email providers treat addresses in your contacts as trusted and stop filtering them.

For Gmail specifically: open one of our emails (any one will do), click the three-dot menu in the upper right, and choose Filter messages like these → Never send to spam.

Still nothing?

Email us at support@thevessel.io from the address you used at checkout. We'll find your account, confirm everything's there, and resend.
