Changing the email address on your account

You can update the email address linked to your account, but for security reasons it's a request you send to us rather than a switch you flip yourself.

Here's why: if someone got into your account, the first thing they'd do on a self-serve system is change the email so you couldn't get back in. Routing email changes through us means we can verify the request is genuinely from you before anything moves.

How to request the change

Email support@thevessel.io from the address currently on your account. Tell us:

  • The email you'd like to switch to
  • The reason (we like to know — it helps us spot patterns and improve things)

We'll reply to confirm, and once we've made the change you'll log in with the new address from then on. Any past orders, course access and progress stay exactly where they were — they're tied to your account, not your email.

Reply usually comes within 24 hours, often sooner. We don't process changes outside that window without first confirming with you.
