Marking a lesson complete and tracking your progress
At the bottom of each lesson page there's a Mark Complete button. Click it when you've finished the lesson — read the text, watched the video, done the exercise — and the next lesson unlocks.
Some lessons require you to mark complete before moving on; others let you skip ahead and come back. The structure depends on the journey.
How progress is saved
Automatically. Every lesson you mark complete is recorded against your account, on every device, in real time. Close the tab, restart your laptop, switch to your phone — your progress comes with you.
When you return to a journey, you'll see a green check on every lesson you've finished and a progress bar at the top of the course showing how far through you are.
Resuming where you left off
Open the journey from My Journeys. The course page will surface a Continue or Resume button that drops you back at the next un-finished lesson. You don't have to remember where you were.
I marked complete but it didn't save
This is almost always a network glitch — your click went out but the response didn't come back. Refresh the page; you'll usually see the lesson is now marked. If it's not, click Mark Complete once more.
If a lesson keeps refusing to mark complete despite multiple tries, email support@thevessel.io with the journey name and the lesson number. We can look at it from the back end.
