Can I download the videos or audio?

The short answer: courses on The Vessel are designed to be streamed, not downloaded.

Videos

Every video lesson streams through the site. We don't offer offline video downloads. This keeps the file sizes off your devices, lets us update lessons over time, and protects the work the instructors poured into making them.

You can stream on any device — phone, tablet, laptop, smart TV with a browser — and your progress saves automatically across devices.

If you're worried about access in places with bad internet, you can pre-load lessons by hitting play on a strong wifi connection and letting the video buffer through. Once it's buffered, it'll keep playing even if your connection drops.

Audio and PDFs

Most journeys are video + on-screen text content with no separate audio or PDF downloads. The exception today is Your Retirement, Your Way, which includes a couple of downloadable PDF resources inside its lessons — look in the lesson content for download links.

If a course you've bought doesn't have the offline materials you expected, that's likely how the journey was designed rather than something missing. Email support@thevessel.io with the lesson and what you're after, and we'll let you know what's available — or, if it's something we should build into the course, that's good feedback.
