Every course we sell on The Vessel comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee. If a journey isn't right for you, email support@thevessel.io within 14 days of purchase and we'll refund you in full. No questions, no hoops.

What we mean by "no questions"

We mean it. You don't have to justify yourself. You don't have to prove you tried. You don't have to fill in a form. One email saying "I'd like a refund on [course]" and we move it forward, same business day.

If you tell us why it didn't land, we listen carefully — that's how we make the work better. But the refund doesn't depend on you saying anything beyond "please refund this."

What's covered

Every single-purchase journey: Out of the Box, Ybytu, Self-Love Journey, Developing Your Personal Power, Life Journal, Reset Your Life Compass, Breakup Better, Your Retirement Your Way, and any other one-time-purchase course.

What's not covered

Subscriptions. When The Vessel Membership launches, it works differently — you can cancel any time and access continues to the end of the billing period you've already paid for, but we don't refund past subscription periods. See the subscription section of our refund policy.

How long the refund takes to land

We process refunds the same business day. Once we've issued it, your bank usually shows it within 3–5 business days. Some banks are quicker; some take a week. The money goes back to the same card you used at checkout — there's nothing you need to do on your end.
