Receipts and invoices

Every purchase on The Vessel generates a receipt. You can find it three ways.

In your email

Right after checkout, you receive an order confirmation from support@thevessel.io with the line items, total, and order number. That email is your receipt. Search your inbox for "Order #" or "Your order on The Vessel" and it'll surface.

In your account

1. Sign in at thevessel.io/my-account/.
2. Click Orders in the menu.
3. You'll see every purchase you've ever made on The Vessel. Click any order number to see the full receipt and download a PDF.

This view goes back to your very first purchase — even years ago.

Via Stripe (for invoice formats)

Our payment processor sends an additional invoice email through Stripe's system, which is what most accountants prefer for tax filings. Search your inbox for noreply@stripe.com or "Receipt from The Vessel".

Need a tax-friendly invoice?

If your accountant needs a particular line on the invoice (VAT number, business address, "for business purposes" notation, anything else), email support@thevessel.io with what's needed and we'll issue a custom invoice within one business day.
