The site looks broken on my phone

If The Vessel's pages or videos look strange on your phone — overlapping text, missing buttons, a video that won't load, layouts that overflow — try these in order:

1. Force-refresh the page

On iPhone Safari, pull down on the page and let go. On Android Chrome, hit the three-dot menu and tap the refresh icon. Most layout glitches resolve immediately on a fresh page load.

2. Clear your browser cache

A stale cached file can keep showing a broken version of the page even after we've fixed it. Clear browsing data:

  • iOS Safari: Settings → Safari → Clear History and Website Data
  • Android Chrome: Chrome → three-dot menu → History → Clear browsing data

Pick "Cached images and files." Past 24 hours is enough.

3. Try a different browser

If you're using a niche or in-app browser (the Facebook in-app browser, Reddit's, Instagram's), open the link in your phone's main browser instead. Most issues clear up.
