My progress isn't saving
If you mark a lesson complete, come back later, and the lesson is marked incomplete again — or if your "where you left off" position keeps resetting — it's almost always one of two things.
1. You weren't actually logged in
The most common cause. You opened the lesson page in a window that wasn't logged in, watched, closed it. Without a logged-in session, there's no account for progress to save against.
Go to thevessel.io/my-account/, sign in, then open the journey from My Journeys. Progress will save from then on.
2. Your browser is blocking cookies
Course progress requires the site to remember you between page loads, which means cookies. Some privacy-focused browsers (Brave, Firefox with strict mode, Safari with cross-site tracking blocked) can interfere.
In your browser's settings, allow cookies for thevessel.io. Or temporarily try a different browser to see if progress saves there — that confirms the issue is your privacy settings.

Email support@thevessel.io with the journey, the lesson, and your browser. We can usually see in the back end whether your progress is reaching us — that tells us where the break is.
