I'm not getting your emails
If you signed up for one of our resources, masterclasses, or quizzes and emails from us aren't reaching you, it's almost always a deliverability filter rather than a problem with your account.
First, check the obvious places
- Your spam, junk, or "promotions" folder
- The Gmail Promotions tab (separate from the main inbox)
- Any folder rules you've set up — work email systems sometimes route automated emails into a "Newsletters" or "External" folder
- Search your whole inbox for
thevesselorsupport@thevessel.io
Then, whitelist us
Add support@thevessel.io (and the address that said "no-reply" if you've ever seen one from us — that's noreply@activehosted.com for our automated emails) to your contacts. Most providers stop filtering anything that's in your address book.
For Gmail specifically, open one of our emails (any one), click the three-dot menu in the top right, and pick Filter messages like these → Never send to spam.
If you accidentally unsubscribed
It happens — a click in the wrong place and you're off the list. To get back on, go to thevessel.io and sign up for any of our free resources (the Wild Soul Quiz is a quick one). That puts you back on our list.
Still not getting them after all that
Email support@thevessel.io from the address you're trying to use. Tell us which list or sequence you're expecting. We can see on our side whether the emails are being sent and bouncing — that tells us whether the issue is on your side, your provider's side, or ours.
